Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid



  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff.
  • Manage the end-to-end IT systems supporting deposit products, including teller systems, account opening, servicing, and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers and deposit teams to develop and execute technology strategies that support retail initiatives and product launches.
  • Lead the design, integration, and optimization of teller systems, account opening and servicing systems to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee system updates, software implementations, and ongoing maintenance of all deposit platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and business partners to ensure that technical solutions align with the bank's overall deposit goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors that will enhance deposit capabilities and increase productivity.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve functionality.
  • Ensure that all deposit systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with data protection laws and internal security policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to deposit technology solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize systems effectively.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including system workflows, user guides, and process manuals for deposit platforms.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.


    EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred.

    • 6+ years' experience with retail product management


    • 4+ years' experience in management or a supervisory role


    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION

    Minimal travel is expected.

    This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.

    Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
