We are seeking a Director of Adult Behavioral Health Community Based Services (Programs in Community Based Services include Case Management/Recovery Coaching, Wellness Recovery Team and Certified Peer Support) to join our team in our team in Colmar, PA. The Director plays a pivotal role serving as a key leader responsible for overseeing specific programmatic areas or departments. The Director provides strategic direction, operational and clinical direction and oversight, and managerial leadership to ensure the effective delivery of services and the achievement of program goals and objectives. Additionally, the Director serves as the direct supervisor for Program Supervisors within their assigned programmatic areas, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure program success and staff growth. Job Specific Functions Include Program Management and Quality Assurance: * Implement strategic plan activities as directed by Divisional leadership aligning with the organization's mission and goals * Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned programs or departments, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with programmatic standards and best practices. * Monitor program performance and outcomes, collecting and analyzing data to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. * Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. * Collaborate with Program Directors to develop and implement program work plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress towards goals and objectives. * Establish and maintain program quality assurance processes and standards, including program monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives, to ensure high-quality service delivery and programmatic effectiveness. * Conduct regular program reviews and audits to assess compliance with programmatic requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Financial Management and Resource Management: * Take responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of the assigned region. * Manage program budgets, grants, and resources within assigned programmatic areas, ensuring fiscal responsibility, compliance with funding requirements, and efficient resource allocation. * Develop and monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and maximize program impact. Staff Leadership and Development: * Serve as the direct supervisor for Program Directors, providing leadership, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance staff performance, growth, and job satisfaction. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and goal-setting sessions with Program Directors, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement. * Identify training and development needs for Program Directors and other staff members, and provide or facilitate relevant training opportunities to enhance skills and competencies. Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement: * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including other organizational departments, community partners, funders, and government agencies, to leverage resources, share best practices, and maximize program impact. * Participate in cross-functional teams and committees to coordinate programmatic activities, address organizational priorities, and promote collaboration and alignment across departments and programs. Perform other duties as assigned. Earn $70,000 annually. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's Degree - in a generally recognized clinical discipline (Behavioral health, social work, counseling, psychology) * 1-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience required, (Management experience in Community Based Care Preferred) * Clinical License preferred (LSW, LPC, LCSW) * Experience working in Adult Behavioral Health * Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including funders, partners, community members, and government agencies, to foster collaboration, leverage resources, and advance organizational goals. * Ability to navigate organizational change, lead change initiatives, and engage staff in the change process to promote buy-in, resilience, and adaptability in response to internal and external changes. * Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques, mediation, and negotiation skills to address conflicts and interpersonal issues among staff members, program participants, and stakeholders in a constructive and respectful manner.
