Designs, develops, improves and ensures effective application of product-specific manufacturing processes. Contributes to all aspects of manufacturing process design, including plant layout, tool design, material selection, machinery controls and installation of capital equipment. Supports product / project operations by continuously improving quality, safety, flow of materials and process efficiency. Evaluates processes, procedures, equipment capacity and capability and layout and recommends steps to ensure process improvements. This role will be located in the North Canton facility and the applicant should expect to work on site in the office and plant environment each day.
