Policy Admin Systems are the heart of how NYLife manages our customer's Life Insurance Policies and ultimately our relationship with our customers. Role Overview: We are looking for a Test Delivery Lead to join our team on the Policy Admin Modernization Program. This role is accountable for building and executing a multi-year, cross-function test strategy to support our Policy Admin Modernization program. They will lead a testing team focused on end-to-end system testing across dozens of applications and collaborate with testing leads across multiple business areas to validate cross-system implementation quality. They will be responsible for defining the scope of the testing, tracking testing progress, identifying blockers, and reporting progress to our Program Leadership Team. What You'll Do:

Pay Transparency Salary Range:$125,000-$212,500 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
