Overview
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: 5 to 15 years of transportation construction experience preferred with experience in transportation design considered.
Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES: Project assignments including on-site construction representation of client, preparation of project documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, plan review, research of records. May perform a review of project records, schedules, and as-built construction to evaluate change orders and requests for extension of time. Independently apply techniques and analyze for problems and methods. Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables with periodic fluctuations in workload. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: Receive training, participation in company activities, and administrative duties. Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Bluebeam; with additional capabilities in P6 preferred, and CADD desired.
- Ability to work within a project team to complete project assignments.
- Ability to execute tasks independently.
- Ability to obtain and maintain industry certifications specific to duties assigned.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports/correspondence related to the work.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to develop innovative, creative solutions to problems, while utilizing analytical skills.
- Ability to deeply focus on the details of an assignment and then summarize findings for presentation to project team leader.
- Ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas verbally and written.
- Ability to positively represent MBP within and outside of the workplace by acting with integrity in interpersonal interactions.
- Able to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
- Able to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven terrain.
GUIDANCE/RESPONSIBILITY: Reports to Area Manager in collaboration with the Transportation Service Line Leaders. SUPERVISORY: Ability to supervise Team Members in technical/administrative roles. STATUS: Full-time BENEFITS:
