Advancement - College of Arts & Science Job Description
The College of Arts and Science is hiring an Office Support Assistant IV to join the Advancement team as an Administrative Assistant for fundraising efforts. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Advancement, collaborating closely with the Dean, other team members, and unit staff to support fundraising efforts. Joining the Advancement team at the College of Arts and Science provides a unique opportunity to directly support transformative education, research, and innovation at Mizzou. As the University embarks on a life-changing capital campaign, this role will be instrumental in advancing the College's strategic priorities, such as enhancing student success, driving cutting-edge research, and expanding meaningful community engagement. You'll contribute to the University's mission of excellence, collaborating with key stakeholders to build lasting relationships that drive impactful change across Missouri and beyond. Shift
Hours will generally be Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some flexibility and hybrid work may be available with supervisor approval. Occasionally nights and weekends and some travel may be required. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
