About the Team/Role The Senior Team Lead, Data Integrations is responsible for ensuring that the Integration Analysts have the necessary knowledge, tools and support to deliver premier service and innovative solutions to employers, consultants, vendors and partners. The Senior Team Lead is accountable for the efficiency, effectiveness and ongoing development of the Integration Analysts reporting to directly to them. Communications, cross group collaboration, accountability, critical thinking and customer-centric solutions are key attributes required for this position. The Senior Team Lead will work closely with their peer leads and Senior Manager, Data Integration to ensure team readiness and capacity to maintain current and future data integrations. Lead a team of 10-15 direct report Integration Analysts Hold regularly scheduled individual and team touchpoints with direct reports Communicate with all appropriate team members on process, plan and procedure changes Clearly set individual and team expectations, and hold accountability for direct reports tracking and coordinating the data implementation process, integration testing timelines, conference calls to discuss integration specifications, and response to employer/vendor inquiries within 24 hours Ensure direct reports are available for questions from their peers and demonstrates a team player attitude Report individual development needs of direct reports to Senior Manager, Data Integrations
Evaluate direct reports performance through continuous feedback and ongoing discussions of performance metrics and quality Identify needs and help direct report to achieve goals and standards. Grow and develop direct reports within their role and provide them with opportunities to advance within the team or company. Serve as a point of contact for client/vendor escalations, and escalation resolution. Develop Actions in response to client/vendor feedback and escalations to improve the file integration experience. Coordinate training needs with the Learning and Development team regarding new hires, cross training lines of business and/or cross training complex product lines. Manage staffing needs by partnering with Talent Acquisition to select, schedule and conduct interviews with potential applicants. Including discussing salary offers with Senior Management, and hiring qualified candidates.

Must adhere to security standards Maintain knowledge and ensures that others are knowledgeable about Benefits and COBRA administration Display advanced knowledge of IRS regulations, systems, HIPAA regulations and other related learning Ensure a high level of product and regulatory knowledge with direct reports Ensure a high level of system knowledge with direct reports Ensure accuracy of data processing across Integration Analysts teams Communicate and educate the team on product enhancements and/or regulatory changes Seek solutions to integration barriers Advocate for change on behalf of the team Provide ongoing feedback to team members and support their professional career development Assist team members in setting professional goals that align with career aspirations and company initiatives Ensure that there is open communication with the broader Onboarding team and interdepartmentally
Experience you'll bring
Prior Management/Leadership experience preferred Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Experience and knowledge in Data Interpretation, Data Movement and Data Specifications preferred. Experience in writing and maintaining procedures, monitoring accuracy and communicating appropriate employee feedback Experience working with and understanding the Federal and State COBRA regulations, administrative processes and procedures Experience working with and understanding the Section 125 regulations, administrative processes and procedures
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00
