What You will Get:
Summary/Objective: Lead the new product development team in flawless launch activities for new product development. Understand the people, process, and product to identify that will help win or retain business. Identifying additional process and product changes from a cost standpoint. Layout Lippert's and competitor's product, good/needs improvement and make Hybrid recommendations, as well as walk senior management through the findings. Develop a 1 year to 5-year product strategy. Build relationships with Sales and Product Management. Perform the quoting and sourcing function for purchased content to support new product development and VAVE activities. Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to count and record findings. While performing the duties of this job, the team member will regularly talk and listen. This position may require typing and sitting in a chair for up to 8 hours a day. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager.
