About the job

We're looking for a Project Manager - People/ HR Systems to join our global team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead the implementation of a key HR project (e.g., implement a new Pay Equity solution, significantly expand Onboarding with an existing People solution, etc.).

You will be based in the United States and can work from home and/or a local Worley office.

Please note this role is a temporary contract for approximately 8 months.

What you will do

Create Meaning:



  • Lead and manage a project delivery team with clear purpose and goals.
  • Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating regularly about plans, risks, blockers, turning points, and opportunities.



Deliver What Matters:



  • Manage and deliver People/HR technology projects within a complex global organization.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and timing goals.
  • Monitor project budget, resources, and schedule effectively.
  • Establish and govern the project plan, including risks and opportunities.
  • Provide project status updates in accordance with the governance framework.

What You'll Have



  • Proven experience managing complex HCM/HRIS projects with integrations, data uplift, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong background in successfully delivering projects within global or multi-national organizations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Well-developed leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive working relationships, including remote collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Strong budget management, project controls, and commercial acumen in relation to project delivery and benefit realization.
  • Knowledge of ERP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions is highly regarded.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management or Change Management from recognized professional bodies are valued.
