Commercial and Operational Leader for Ansira's Integrated Loyalty practice
  • Responsible for the production, output, and delivery of work across Cross-Channel Platforms, Marketing Technology Strategy and Experience Platforms organizations.
    • Cross Channel Platforms: Campaign strategy, execution and performance management of of all owned loyalty channels (i.e. Email, SMS, Mobile)
    • Marketing Technology Strategy: Provide consultative support engaging internal and external stakeholders of POVs, Roadmaps, & Technology Evaluation.
    • Experience Platforms: Creation and Maintenance of web experiences leveraging enterprise grade CMS systems (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.) and personalization platforms (i.e. Bloomreach)
  • Commercial leader that supports new and existing clients business development efforts including scoping, estimating, pricing and preparing RFP responses.
  • Head strategist that engages with client base to expand scope across portfolio of services offered by team.
  • Support enablement of teams' expertise across additional Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP), Email Service Providers (ESP) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Develop and support utilities and productivity applications to support internal operational efficiency and client-facing turnkey solutions.
  • Lead and oversee the development, execution, and optimization of Ansira's marketing technology consulting and service delivery practice.
  • Drive the strategic direction of campaign management practice, ensuring seamless integration of data, platforms, and tools for effective customer engagement and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with client's marketing goals, ensuring future-proofed solutions in Marketing Technology innovation and deployment.
  • Manage and mentor Experience Platform teams focused on web development, ensuring user-centric design, functionality, and overall digital experience.
  • Partner with strategic alliances to roadmap future technology partners that that balances immediate business needs with long-term innovation in marketing technology and automation.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing technologies, evaluating new tools and platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.
  • Oversee vendor and partner management, negotiating contracts and ensuring successful implementation of third-party tools and platforms.
  • Act as a key technology consultant to client's executive leadership, providing insights on how emerging technologies can drive marketing innovation and competitive advantage
  • Oversee continuous efforts to streamline technology processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiencies across campaign management, technology strategy, and web development.
