The role of Senior Manager Marketing & Sales Operations is to manage the marketing operations department as well as teams that are closely aligned with the marketing and sales departments. The Senior Manager Marketing & Sales Operations also supervises, measures, and analyzes the efficiency of marketing initiatives and programs. Analyze the lead flow and workflow within the marketing department to guarantee the achievement of the department's goals. Works to deliver key insights and recommendations that optimize the performance of the marketing department and marketing programs/campaigns and assists the marketing department in the achievement of its goals

Work with Sr. Director of Marketing and Sales EVP to identify website goals and functionality requirements and how they integrate with Marketing CRM and lead flow process.

Own and implement the lead to opportunity workflow across platforms and processes, ensuring necessary fields are present on platforms to accurately capture data and report on vital marketing KPIs.

Act as Marketing/Sales liaison for company's Salesforce implementation project.

Supports EVP of Sales on marketing operations and sales enablement projects (i.e., identify, procure and integrate tools with goal of enhanced lead generation and "360 view" of targets and customers - DiscoverOrg/Zoom Info, lead list resources, SF, Zoom, etc.).

Manage database hygiene and optimization; develop/implement strategy for monitoring and partner with development team to improve gaps in data health and marketing automation performance.

Train inside sales and sales in any new process changes or enablement tools; Document data flows and standard operating procedures to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the customer teams' processes.

Enable ISR's, provide marketing approved templates for campaigns and educate them on the tools available to them.

Integrate new products into our marketing/sales tech stack as required and ensure compatibility between systems.

Work with Director of Digital Marketing to create targeted outreach lists by vertical or territory in support of lead generation campaigns.

Drive alignment between marketing and sales on joint metrics and ensure operational support for the sales development team, report performance metrics out of systems.

Ensure successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within HubSpot and Salesforce processes, dashboards, and alerting on automated marketing campaigns.

Work with team to launch custom landing pages lead capture forms, and other content as needed to support marketing campaigns, ensuring complete attribution and source tracking.

Own management and execution of "Regional Events/ Sales Territory Mktg" budgeted items including workshops and sales lead gen activities such as virtual/ live events, SNUGS and QBR support.

Own and implement the lead to opportunity workflow across platforms and processes Provide clear, complete, and truthful information on their State of health.

Owns Marketing programs within HubSpot

Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in the field
  • Project Management skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related. Desirable to have a master's degree in a business related or technical field, (Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.)

Desired: Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), and Project Management Certification (PMP)

The annual salary for this position is between $134,000.00 - $158,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
