- Works with project teams define the project scope, goals, and deliverables, set project timelines, and provide status updates.
- Oversees the creation and manage structured project plans, milestones, resource allocation, design control and prepare overall project schedules.
- Initiates and coordinates new project requests from predominantly Supply Chain Management. However, request could come from other operational departments such as Information Technology, Facilities, or other internal customers.
- Coordinates team meetings to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables, set project timelines, and provide status updates.
- Completes internal regulatory requirements when required with any project.
- Creates and manages structured project plans, milestones and prepare overall project schedules.
- Manages the project's scope, resource allocation, and design control requirements.
- Provides moderate to advanced coordination for project activities to a manager, director of department or Senior Management that includes but not limited to; coordination of projects while working/communicating with internal and external parties to organize and coordinate the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude project/program activities.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations based on analyses, observation and or feedback.
- Coordinates the collecting of data/files from multiple internal departments by effective communication, clear due date guidelines, and pro-active professionalism.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field
- A minimum of three years of experience as project manager or project leader, with demonstrated success in managing complex projects from development through launch, required.
- Strong documentation skills required.
- Construction experience preferred and/or experience in working with sub-contractors
