Southwire Job Description

* Promote HR programs to create a positive and inclusive workplace
* Manage the execution of open enrollment, surveys, and any required trainings
* Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding experience for new team members
* Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for all hourly team members
* Maintain and update employee data in HRIS information systems
* Assist in event planning and promoting monthly Employee Resource Group engagement activities
* Provide support to team members on various P&C topics, working to resolve any issues that arise

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in business, communications or other relevant field required.
* 3-5 years related experience
* Strong and effective communication skills required
* Willingness to facilitate trainings, orientations, and other opportunities requiring public speaking
* Must have strong organizational/time management skills
* Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
