As a Sr. Manager Product on the Associate Experience team, you will be part of a core team defining and delivering on the product strategy that creates the best possible experience for 70K+ Capital One employees everyday. You will lead a strategy to weave together best-in-class hardware, software and ML/AI products to empower our customers, the Capital One workforce with next-generation technologies and products. This role represents the needs of the customer to inform our product roadmap, ensuring we are building and delivering measurable improvement for our customers and achieving target business outcomes. You will be responsible for strategy and feature definition and development in partnership with our technology teams. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and deeply empathizes with internal and external customer needs; they are excited about how to unlock product insights through a deep understanding of the customer journey and can then take that data to present a compelling strategy to build buy-in with partners. They are comfortable in conversation with engineering and data science teams as well as stakeholders and senior leaders. Technical Product Managers engage with developers, business leaders and stakeholders, and build technical product vision, strategies and roadmaps, driving objectives throughout the entire product lifecycle. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
