Who We Seek
We seek an Early Childhood Teacher who will work in our Child Development Center providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children. The Early Childhood Teacher will encourage the children's imagination, challenge their thinking skills, and enhance their social and language development. The Early Childhood Teacher will also be responsible for the education, daily care, and recreation of children.
Who You Are
You are an energetic caring team player who loves nurturing children to help them learn and grow. Specific qualifications include:
- Teacher certified in Infant/Toddlers and Preschool by EEC
- 1+ year of experience with children from birth through six
- An associate degree in early childhood education or CDA is preferred but not required.

The RFK Community Alliance Child Development Center is a NAEYC accredited program that provides an enriched and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers that encourages their imagination, challenges their thinking skills, and enhances their social and language development. We believe that play which fosters exploration is essential to learning. We are sensitive to the cultural, social, and economic needs of the families we serve and place significant value on their involvement.
Shift:
8-hour shift, Monday - Friday, hours of operation are 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
