Our Company All Ways Caring HomeCare Overview The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) position is focused on maintaining local compliance with State, Federal and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAM provides leadership oversight to operations in meeting goals and ensure safety and satisfaction for individuals supported. The QAM will work with local programs within your region to develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor quality assurance initiatives and training programs to ensure the delivery of high quality supports to the people and organizations we serve. Quality Assurance Managers play an integral part in ensuring operations meet regulatory and contractual compliance and maintain integrity of documentation to support service delivery.
