Other duties may be assigned. 1. Operates and maintains forklift in a safe and efficient manner using work instructions, visual management and computer interface. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION LANGUAGE SKILLS MATHEMATICAL SKILLS REASONING ABILITY CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand or walk for 12 hours, regularly required to sit for 12 hours, and is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to communicate with other employees and be aware of sounds in the plant. The employee must also frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT TRAINING 1. Lockout/Tag Out LEVEL OF AUTHORITY 2. You have the right to hold for inspection any product you feel does not meet customer/company specifications 3. Those employees with authorized training have the ability to shut down/stop equipment if continued operation is a threat to any employee's health and safety. 4.
