Pediatric Certified Diabetes Educator
Overview Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with diabetes. The CDE will work closely with physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) to provide comprehensive diabetes management and education, ensuring continuity of care between visits. This role is in our Peds Endocrinology department where the CDE will work with ages 0-18, teaching and learning all about type 1 and type 2 diabetes and Pediatric Nutrition. This position has the opportunity to grow and develop skills with diabetes technology and working with an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years experience in nutrition Education: Credentials: Registered Dietitian BLS required at time of hire. Benefits Learn more about our employee benefits.
