Senior Corporate Counsel
Job Description Senior Corporate Counsel Supports the General Counsel within the Legal group. Renders legal advice regarding liability, risk and other matters, which have or may have a significant impact on business activities and operations. This position requires design and construction industry experience, both public sector (federal/state/local) and private sector, general practice experience. In-house practice requires comfort handling a wide range of legal matters, as the need arises. The person in this position must be a capable researcher, a risk manager, a business enabler, an effective negotiator, a superior listener, able to adapt to others styles and personalities, able to engender goodwill, able to bring calm, able to make things understandable, able to win over others in an agreeable manner, able to deliver good results consistently.
