Proven to Perform.
From the edges of space to the bottoms of ocean, our materials are proven to perform -- and so is our team. We're hiring high performers as proven as our products. Join us.

ATI, an Aerospace and Defense industry leader, is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed Legal Project Coordinator to join our Law Department at the brand-new Enterprise Resource Center in Pittsburgh's bustling Strip District. This is a key role supporting our legal function, helping keep attorneys and professional staff on track, on time, and ready for anything. If balancing priorities, mastering calendars, and staying three steps ahead sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Be the right hand to our attorneys and legal team, ensuring they have everything they need to operate at full speed.
  • Manage and refine documents-track versions, redline changes, proofread like a pro, and draft correspondence that shines.
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements with ease-ensure our team is where they need to be, when they need to be there.
  • Keep things neat and organized-maintain electronic files for commercial and litigation matters.
  • Process invoices and onboard vendors-making sure everything flows smoothly on the financial side.
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics, acting as the go-to person for vendors, visitors, and teammates.
  • Prioritize tasks for attorneys so they can focus on what matters most.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned-because no two days are ever the same, and you thrive on that!

Qualifications - What It Takes to Succeed:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • In-house legal or law firm experience-if you know the ropes, that's a major plus.

Skills and Abilities - Your Edge in the Role:

  • Multitasking mastery-you handle shifting priorities like a pro, with cool-headed precision.
  • Document management expertise-version control? No problem. Redlining? Bring it on.
  • Discretion and confidentiality-because some things just aren't for everyone's ears.
  • Quick learner and tech-savvy-you adapt to new tools and systems without breaking a sweat.

We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high. We're solving the world's most difficult challenges through materials science. Our advanced, integrated process technologies and proven performers give us a tremendous competitive advantage. When customers systems need to fly higher, dig deeper, stand stronger, and last longer -- anywhere on, above or below the earth -- ATI is proven to perform.
