Civil Engineering Intern

Our Woodinville, WA office is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a Civil Engineering Intern position. This position will support our Land Development group with engineering and office-related tasks. Successful candidates will work on multidiscipline projects performing independent engineering calculations and design using specialized technical skills, experience, and engineering judgment to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications.

Other duties include:

* Coordinating projects with supervisors, project managers, and firm staff.

* Providing sketches and detailed layout information to design staff for incorporation into the construction drawings.

* Designing, preparing, and analyzing preliminary and final AutoCAD and Civil 3D plans.

* Analyzing maps, reports, drawings, as-builts, and testing results for design projects.

* Preparation and modification of reports, specifications, and designs for projects.

* Provide project-specific technical information to the Project Manager for incorporation into the project specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

* Applicants must be in the pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2+ years of completed course work, and scheduled to graduate on or before Spring 2027.

* Minimum GPA of 3.0

* Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Microstation, AutoCAD, and InRoads skills are recommended

* Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment

Anticipated hourly rate for this position is $19-25/hr depending on experience
