What does the Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Senior Manager Business Process Improvement champions a culture of continuous improvement and administers aspects of the Swire Continuous Improvement Training program. This individual works on the training deployment, ongoing enhancement, and executing the related communication plan while promoting adoption of best practices and standards, maintaining resources for the continuous improvement initiatives. Leads or supports continuous improvement efforts for Strategy & Commercial operations.

Responsibilities:



  • Steward the deployment, execution, and enhancement of the Swire Continuous Improvement Training Program
  • Create and execute the communication plan for the Swire Continuous Improvement Training Program
  • Develop, implement, and enhance marketing/promotion plan for the Swire Continuous Improvement Training Program
  • Maintains the organizations Continuous Improvement resources, such as document repositories, templates, enterprise process maps
  • Work with cross functional leaders in Strategy & Commercial or other departments to apply continuous improvement methodologies to processes that deliver on all KPIs
  • Participate and promote the Continuous Improvement Community of Practice
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Continuous Improvement teams to effectively learn best practices, provide guidance/counsel, and be aware of changing needs and requirements



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred
  • 4+ years CPG industry experience preferred
  • Foundational change management skills preferred
  • Experience building and presenting analysis to key stakeholders
