Overview TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a globally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US and around the world. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. TRC acts nationally to address some of our country's most challenging problems: global climate change and energy independence. TRC is seeking a Project Manager for Strategic Deployment to be a solution development subject matter expert (SME) for our business development team and multiple utility energy programs throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will be assertive, personable, and a self-starter with the capacity to management multiple tasks working under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager and the management team. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with internal team members and external customers. The ideal candidate will understand clients and programs needs and have the technical and management acumen to remove barriers and drive the teams toward solutions as needed. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, have strong communication and customer service skills, and the capacity to handle multiple urgent priorities. Program support will include communication, business strategy, solution development, process development, training, budget and scheduling, policy and procedures, resource planning, and more. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the energy landscape and relationships to help drive innovative solutions to push forth program goals. A hands-on approach combined with program management knowledge is desired to push the team to achieve their goals. Previous experience with utility clients, energy efficiency, demand management, building performance principles and best practices, working with end-users (residential, commercial, industrial) and program implementation is highly desirable. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
