Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) DFW / Houston Sector Senior Leader STV is seeking a CEI Manager for our CEI / Construction Management team in Texas. This position is for the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston area markets. The Senior CEI Sector Leader will lead in market growth, developing capture plans, and securing CEI/CM contracts with primarily the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), but may include various transportation agencies in Texas. The potential candidate will additionally serve as a CE&I project manager and support the growth of the Texas Mountain Region CE&I program. The candidate must demonstrate the following:
