Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Work schedule: Monday - Friday

Service Areas: Riverside/Fresno/Bakersfield/Denver/Fort Collins

Travel requirement: 65% - 75%

What You Need to Know

Area Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or individually conduct projects that require data & financial analysis, financial modeling, and presentation with a focus on solutions and drivers of the data.
  • Independently collect, validate, analyze, and synthesize data to support customer or project objectives. * Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
  • Gather and create customer or product requirements (IT, operations, staffing, etc.) internally or directly with the customer. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information.
  • Plan and complete assigned work with high quality, on time and on budget. May include leading and/or mentoring other others across the organization. May act as an engagement leader on smaller client projects.
  • Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, and insightful and influential executive-level presentations. Proactively identify customer or product needs and assist in developing solutions.
  • Facilitate effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and stakeholders. Establish credibility and develop relationships with mid-level client managers.

Qualifications

Area Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • Three years of branch or center supervisory experience required; Multi - site management required
  • Three years of direct P & L responsibility required
  • One or more years of Business Development responsibility required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
