Kenworth is looking for an energetic leader to have a significant impact as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The successful candidate will lead the manufacturing engineering team in supporting new product launches, capital requests and implementation, facility enhancements, and improvements to truck assembly safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, well organized and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job Functions / Responsibilities
* Manage daily activities of the manufacturing engineering team. Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Mechanical or Manufacturing/Industrial preferred). * Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. * Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCad, ProE, etc. * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and make decisions independently. * Leadership experience Salary Information
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors, including your education, training, or experience.
