Description Home Health RN - Home Health Care Services at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center Area Coverage: Aumsville, Lyons, Mill City, Sublimity, Silverton, Salem Schedule: Monday- Friday The Registered Nurse Home Health, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Professional development is an integral part of this nursing practice. Position coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship. About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
