Role Description & Responsibilities

The Director of Sales - Aerospace and Defense NAM will be responsible for leading and managing the North American sales and strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth, securing service agreements, and increasing software subscription revenue. They will collaborate directly with top Aerospace and Defense companies in both the commercial and defense sectors across North America.



  • Play a key role in achieving North America's revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies, while establishing the operational structure needed for successful execution.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and systems integrators to implement sales strategies, enhance the customer buying experience, and ensure value delivery to Dassault Systemes' clients.
  • Support business growth by coaching both new and seasoned sales professionals, fostering effective sales behaviors, driving key activities, and encouraging innovative, solution-oriented approaches.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Over 15 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Industry knowledge of Aerospace and Defense - customers and solutions.
  • Understanding of product development solutions (CAD, PLM, Simulation) as well as manufacturing solutions (Simulation, Process Planning, MOM or MES.)
  • Exhibit the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at the executive level.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to address complex challenges using structured problem-solving techniques, while offering expert guidance in advanced negotiations.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and excels in communication and collaboration skills.


    Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $251,000 - 326,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.

    Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
