Introduction
As a Marketing Manager at AIS, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the strategic growth team, business units, and other departments to achieve company objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement marketing plans and branding campaigns for both Federal and Commercial markets, measuring and reporting on the performance of website traffic and campaigns, to gain insights and optimize strategies. Manage the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including website content, advertisements, and sales materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and conducting periodic branding training. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, utilizing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising techniques. Manage vendor relationships that support marketing operations. Update the website with current business information, news, and resources. Collaborate with growth teams to enhance lead generation and manage/triage leads from the website and sales inbox. Create and manage content for blogs, case studies, and other outward-facing materials. Manage memberships, sponsorships, and logistics for trade organizations and conferences. Coordinate logistics for corporate and external events. Oversee the management of the swag shop, including credits, and the design and ordering of promotional products. Work with business units to cultivate vendor partnerships and ensure compliance with necessary requirements. Monitor and manage company reputation with external markets, customers, partners, and vendors through news and social platforms. Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities, staying current with industry trends and marketing best practices.
Location and Travel Details
This is a full-time position based in Reston, VA with a hybrid telework schedule (3 days in the office)
Required Skill for the position
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, the Federal Market, and IT consulting or technology sectors. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience managing cross-functional team and external vendors, collaborating effectively across teams and roles. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills
Strong understanding of the Federal Market, and IT consulting or technology sectors.
