Sr. Business Insights Analyst This position has a focus on transforming large and complex data sets into presentable dashboards and reports for business decision-making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions. This role will be cross-functional and focusing on all areas of operations and will play a crucial part in driving business insights and excellence across the organization. Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems and concepts will help to ensure candidate success in this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs. 3. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in the dashboards. 4. Daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting & analysis. 5. Provide continues review of tool capabilities aligning to changing business needs while also considering system settings and options. 6. Facilitate unique data analyses to support key projects. 7. Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the Power BI infrastructure. 8. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices. 9. Ensure process documentation is created, maintained and shared. 10. Promote understanding, communication and coordination of all program components and functional groups. 11. Train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively. Qualifications * Education: bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. * Experience: 3-5 years minimum experience in data analysis, forecasting, business analytics, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. * Other: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations is an advantage. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
