We are seeking a FP&A Analyst for our Champion group based at our Northville, MI headquarters. This position reports directly to the FP&A Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Looking for a highly energetic and talented individual to join our Corporate Finance team. As part of the Finance Team, the Corporate FP&A Analyst will have the following responsibilities:




  • Management reporting and analytics encompassing consolidated Tenneco and business group's profit and loss financial results, balance sheets and cash flows
  • Prepare analysis to assist management in understanding key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Prepare various standard and ad hoc analysis for leadership to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly operating reporting to support leadership and organization's business strategies



EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, project management and communication skills
  • Ability to present large amounts of data in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, specifically excel; Power BI and OneStream
