Your Role
BeaconMedaes, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is currently seeking a qualified Commercial Terms Coordinator to join our team. As a Commercial Terms Coordinator, you will provide our customer base the highest possible service level to ensure that we remain first in mind and first in choice. You will contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer oriented image to customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities are focused on the following:
* Develop a thorough understanding of and familiarity with the company's business, its people, products, markets, facilities, customers and competitors and utilizes that knowledge in working with internal and external customers
* Maintain and continually strives to improve internal client relations by building credibility and creating an atmosphere of positive teamwork and problem solving
* Ensure completeness of documentation submitted for commercial terms review
* Examine, review, reconcile, negotiate commercial terms per prokura, and revise purchase order commercial terms of sale for service and equipment orders
* Obtain signatures and approvals on purchase orders and agreements in accordance with company policy
* Ensure timely negotiation and execution of agreement for commercial terms by coordinating with project management and coordinators
* Directly negotiating commercial terms conflicts with customers.
* Consulting with our legal department and/or senior management on areas of major concern or significant financial risk as part of the commercial terms review and negotiation.
* Work to negotiate master agreements with repeat customers.
* Track authorizations and correspondence related to commercial terms
* Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
* Administer commercial terms revisions in compliance to business policies, procedures, and practices
* Support and guide field and customer center personnel on commercial terms processes and requirements
* Provide commercial terms support to customer center teams including accounts receivable group
* Maintain detailed and organized customer and certificate of insurance files
* Analyze and mitigate risk by requesting certificates of insurance within the limits covered by Atlas Copco's insurance broker, Marsh
* Special projects as assigned by management
* Perform all duties in accordance with BeaconMedaes standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer
* Work to be an example of a proactive positive role model, taking seasoned measured action deemed appropriate and required to get the job done, and to establish and maintain communications with all necessary people/employees.
To succeed, you will need
Experience
- Customer Service/Office administration experience/understanding of selling and order processes
Education
- Four year college degree preferred; 2 year degree with related work experience
Skills
* Commercial awareness
* Able to set and constantly adjust priorities, strong expediting skills
* A working knowledge of logistics processes and flow
* Excellent communications skill (verbal and written)
* Excellent Interpersonal and strong analytical abilities
* Consistent communicator with internal and external customers through in-person discussion, telephone calls, and email
* Able to set and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
* Familiar with Adobe Sign and/or DocuSign
* Self-Directed, / Disciplined
