The Project Manager, Global Supply Chain is responsible for supply related projects and global launch preparations for products within Eisai Demand Chain Systems (EDCS). This individual will create, maintain, and monitor supply chain related projects and/or closely monitor and provide oversight to those projects, which are led by other individuals. This role will also be responsible for providing an overall summary of projects, activities, and resources to the management team. To effectively manage the various projects and activities, this individual will need to understand GMP Manufacturing, including but not limited to, Planning, Quality, and Operations to effectively challenge project deliverables and milestones. The Project Manager, Global Supply Chain will develop robust communication processes and channels to ensure all sites and associated personnel are aware of critical timelines, changes to manufacturing processes, and upcoming regulatory filings. Project management, team leadership, and boundary spanning across Eisai organizations are routine parts of this role. Essential Functions
