This opportunity is in the Client Engagement Department.

Client Engagement: The Client Engagement department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our broker and TPA clients. We work to cultivate relationships, maximize operational opportunities, and drive collaboration and communication. We specialize in assisting and delivering optimized solutions that meet our clients' dynamic needs while exceeding expectations and providing value.

Communications: Our Communications department works closely with all internal departments to strategize and develop corporate messaging and materials, branding, and thought leadership content. We also provide support for all industry conference involvement, coordinating sponsorships, exhibiting opportunities, and employee travel. Role Description:

In the role of Client Engagement Technical Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that lives by Safety National's five core values: Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork, Balance, and Stability. You will work closely with our entire Client Engagement team along with our leaders across the company. Your contributions of executing Client Engagement technical initiatives will be felt throughout Safety National.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Client Engagement Technical Analyst will include being responsible for support and executing Client Engagement technical initiatives. This role will support all efforts to develop the enterprise Client Engagement processes, using technical tools, systems and data. You will assist in technical analytical tasks necessary to support the overall system strategy for Client Engagement. Additionally, you will coordinate overall CRM user testing, maintenance and enhancements as well as act as the technical liaison for support departmental users and IT partners. Lastly, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, documenting, communicating and training end users of all support departmental systems and technical projects while continually aiding in the assessment and improvement of system support.

While working with other teams and leaders, you will be asked to conduct sessions to refine the complexities of the systems and subsequent business needs in relation to overall functionality and process/workflow. In conjunction, you will monitor and track outstanding items while continually assess areas for potential efficiencies to ensure meeting user and department needs as volume increases and business needs change. Finally, assess trends and repeated problem areas to develop functionality that is more efficient and initiate discussions with the appropriate departments.

You may also be assigned various projects like, staying abreast of tactical initiatives, systems and business/legislative changes. You may be asked to gather technical requirements, create specifications, and work with business and I.T. architects to implement new features in applications.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience pertaining to this job. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and self-motivated with excellent technical and communication skills. Someone who has strong business technical skills to manage and assess supporting system requirements and user needs. Some of the essential skills required of you in this role are, strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, self-starter who can work with minimal direct supervision and the ability to balance priorities, complex situations and tight deadlines. Prior experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook applications, Knowledge of Salesforce, and Microsoft BI is preferred

Qualifications:

Education:



  • A degree type in bachelor's degree is preferred


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience pertaining to the position
  • Strong business technical skills to manage and assess supporting system requirements and user needs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management, process flows, software development framework, architecture concepts and terminology.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Insurance designations are a plus
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook applications, Salesforce and Power BI

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
