We are looking for a Process Analyst to help with billing inquiries and payment processing, research, database review/updates, permit creation, and general data entry

Education, Qualifications and Experience

• College degree and/or significant experience
• Up to 3 years' experience
• Accounting
• Demonstratable Excel skills - to include a good base in data entry but must be able to use excel proficiently in day-to-day tasks beyond just data entry
• Customer service skills to include - billing related and strong communication skills with both internal partners and external clients. Will need the ability to interact with a variety of personalities in a professional manner.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Programming (SQL, API, DAX)
• Utility industry background
