Job Title: Director of Product Marketing, Acrobat AI

We are looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Product Marketing for Adobe Acrobat AI. This role is uniquely positioned to drive engagement, retention, and growth within both our free and paid user base. You will use usage data to build targeted segmentation, craft compelling messaging, and identify key use cases to improve monthly active usage and feature adoption.

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be crucial in crafting Acrobat AI's customer experience. This includes optimizing the user journey, encouraging repeat engagement, and growing the adoption of core and advanced features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience that adds long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engagement & Retention Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase monthly active users (MAU) and encourage repeat engagement among both free and paid Acrobat AI users.
  • Improve User Base Growth & Reduce Churn: Take charge of strategies to retain customers and enhance paid subscriptions perception, driving user base growth.
  • Use Case Identification: Partner with product teams to identify and promote key product use cases that drive feature adoption and encourage more frequent usage.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop persuasive messaging that resonates with diverse user segments, highlighting Acrobat AI's value in addressing real-world document challenges and improving efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and outbound marketing to align on go-to-market strategies, product updates, and user feedback integration.
  • Customer Feedback Integration: Act as a voice of the customer by gathering insights from user feedback, surveys, and support teams to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in user engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital tools, or efficiency software is highly preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated marketing and product experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that drives feature adoption and customer engagement.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $136,600 -- $297,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
