Position Purpose |
To provide exam proctoring for benchmark, final exams, and exam reviews for exams scheduled throughout the academic year. |
Required Qualifications |
- High School Diploma or the equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to exercise judgment and initiative when interacting with students.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Ability to maintain and foster confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications |
- 1 year experience in higher education.
- Familiarity with PC, Ipad and Mac devices
- Experience connecting devices to secure networks and troubleshooting issues.
- Familiarity with Zoom and Zoom Chat.
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot web-based assessment applications.

Assessment Monitoring (100%)
- Maintain confidentiality and security of testing processes and information.
- Provides students with introductory directions to assessment procedures and monitors students as they test.
- Maintains a safe, calm and distraction free testing environment.
- Monitors entry and exit into the testing room and implements test security procedures before and during testing.
- Applies relevant assessment policies as set forth through the Office of Evaluation and Assessment.
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal interactions with students and staff.
- Reports suspected irregularities in a timely manner to head proctor.
- Participates regularly in training and debriefing sessions.
