Position Purpose
To provide exam proctoring for benchmark, final exams, and exam reviews for exams scheduled throughout the academic year.
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to exercise judgment and initiative when interacting with students.
  • Flexibility and openness to change.
  • Ability to maintain and foster confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in higher education.
  • Familiarity with PC, Ipad and Mac devices
  • Experience connecting devices to secure networks and troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and Zoom Chat.
  • Ability to learn and troubleshoot web-based assessment applications.

Key Accountabilities
Assessment Monitoring (100%)

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of testing processes and information.
  • Provides students with introductory directions to assessment procedures and monitors students as they test.
  • Maintains a safe, calm and distraction free testing environment.
  • Monitors entry and exit into the testing room and implements test security procedures before and during testing.
  • Applies relevant assessment policies as set forth through the Office of Evaluation and Assessment.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal interactions with students and staff.
  • Reports suspected irregularities in a timely manner to head proctor.
  • Participates regularly in training and debriefing sessions.
