First American is looking to add a DRE Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in adynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our DRE Professional team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides clerical support to a team of DRE Professionals.
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining project files.
  • Follows functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
  • Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • May be familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $19.82 - $26.43 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
