Job Description

As part of Technology Operations, the Minor League Data Tracking Operator will work out of the Phoenix, AZ training complex to help ensure high-quality data collection and output for multiple baseball technology systems across multiple MiLB affiliates.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

    Ensure accurate, high-quality data collection and output for all Minor League affiliates using baseball technology systems like Hawkeye and KinaTrax.
  • Assist with on-field data and video collection that takes place at the Brewers complex in Arizona during Spring Training, Extended Spring Training, Arizona Complex League season, with the possibility of extension through Instructional league.
  • Collaborate with Technology Operations Coordinators to review, edit, and catalogue amateur and international scouting video for priority players.

The ideal candidate will have one or two years of experience in collegiate or professional athletics, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on a deadline. Candidates with previous baseball technology familiarity and experience are preferred.
