Overview

We are seeking a Data Validation - Temporary hire (6 months)

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data by comparing information from various sources. This role involves identifying discrepancies, verifying data integrity, and working closely with relevant departments to maintain accurate databases. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience working with data entry and validation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    Review and compare data from various sources and digital systems to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Identify and document any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Validate that digital records adhere to organizational standards, correcting any inaccuracies as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to address and resolve data inconsistencies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, validation, or similar roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

  • Familiarity with data management software, spreadsheets, and digital records systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.



Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data management is a plus.
