Job Title: 1708 FT Loan Application Support Analyst - Evansville or Jasper, IN, Louisville or Bowling Green, KY

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Loan Application Support Analyst, you'll provide technical and product support for key lending applications, including loan and mortgage origination platforms and the lending side of the core banking system. In this fast-paced environment, your skills in collaboration, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement will drive efficiency and performance. Your analytical mindset will help identify trends and optimize systems in collaboration with business leaders, vendors, and other technology team members.

What You'll Do:

• A Day in the Life - Every day you will collaborate with team members, lines of business, and leadership to understand needs. You'll troubleshoot, maintain and optimize existing applications, and design, build, test and support new applications. Analyzing data for trends and efficiency in the marketplace, while working with business owners, vendors and security to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests is essential. You will also liaison with other technology teams in support of application maintenance and development activities.

What it Takes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Network Management Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of technology delivery experience with a focus on system design, development, testing, and quality assurance
• Expertise in troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting loan origination and core banking platforms
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data to drive decision-making and system improvements
• Effective team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
