Join our team and help lead a dynamic group in our growing manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the operational performance of our Powder coat Paint Line on 2^nd shift. This position will focus on ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while leading continuous improvement initiatives and team member development.

• Safety Leadership: Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to all safety policies, conducting safety tours, and encouraging near-miss/accident reporting.
• Team Management: Maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet production demand. Collaborate with the Production Trainer to implement training plans and track progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing tools (5S, one-piece flow, standard work, etc.) to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Financial Management: Manage labor and material variances, factory burden, and overtime while contributing to budget and capital expenditure planning.
• Supervisor Standard Work: Lead daily huddles, monitor production schedules, approve labor reporting, and audit shop orders and payroll.
• Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews, maintain discipline records, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience combined with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Associate's degree in Production Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in ISO 9001-2015 and lean manufacturing principles.
• High degree of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
