Rockland Trust is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to develop new investment management business in the high potential Boston and surrounding markets. The jobholder will focus their time developing, building and implementing engaging and impactful sales and marketing programs designed to build the IMG brand and grow assets under management (AUM). External business development efforts will concentrate on cultivating relationships with accountants, attorneys and other centers of influence. This individual will be able to build the trust and confidence required to create a successful referral network. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a full range of investment services, including wealth management, fiduciary services and financial planning. Qualifications
