The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an Office Manager to join the Singlewire team. This position will be part of Singlewire's operations team, and support will mainly be for the office, sales operations, finance, information technology, and human resources areas of the business. This position will be on-site at our Madison office.

You May Be Right for Us If You Have5 + Years Professional Experience In

  • Assisting with the coordination and preparation for meetings and events including but not limited to room set up, invitations, and agendas
  • Ordering office supplies and working with office vendors
  • Manage facilities request including fob administration
  • Assisting with various projects as directed by the CEO, COO, CFO, Controller and Human Resources Manager
  • Providing strong customer and coworker support utilizing both written and verbal communications
  • Performing general clerical/office activities including but not limited to running errands, resolving administrative issues and handling requests for information and data
  • Performing errands using your own vehicle
  • Plan and execute all company events
  • Create office policies and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Assist Human Resources Manager in recruitment and onboarding tasks
  • Ordering and tracking all IT purchases
  • Manage all return merchandise authorizations
  • Assist sales operations in a variety of activities including but not limited to USB flash driving, managing Salesforce community, and auditing price list changes
  • Ability to learn and take over a process, as well as document procedures
  • Assist Operations with hardware forecasting
  • Manage internal Sharepoint website
  • Provide administrative assistance to Singlewire Leadership team


Other Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience assisting finance and/or human resources
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and multiple leaders
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors
