Strategic Support: Assist the CHO in managing priorities across the health services division or organization, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and goals. Project Management: Lead and coordinate key health initiatives, lead cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, monitor progress, and report on outcomes. Operational Oversight: Support the CHO in overseeing day-to-day operations, identifying process improvements, and ensuring efficient implementation of health programs. Stakeholder Management: Function as a liaison between the CHO and internal departments, external partners, and other health organizations, fostering strong working relationships. Communication Management: Draft and review communications on behalf of the CHO, including reports, presentations, briefings, and public statements. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for key meetings, ensuring the CHO is well-prepared and follow-up actions are tracked. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present health data to inform decision-making, including monitoring health trends, clinical outcomes, and organizational performance. Special Projects: Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the CHO, such as public health campaigns, clinical initiatives, or health policy development. Other Duties/Functions: Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed. #LI-Hybrid
