Job Description	We are seeking motivated students to help with snow removal on campus. This is a great opportunity to earn some extra cash while contributing to a safe and accessible environment for campus.
Primary Responsibilities	Assisting Roads & Grounds and/or Horticulture crews with snow removal to ensure the university community, visitors, and regional community are safe when coming onto campus. Duties will include shoveling and salting all areas of campus.
Qualifications	Must possess a valid driver's license. Be able to work in adverse weather conditions - extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, etc. Willingness to learn how to operate operate all types of equipment associated with this type of work including, but not limited to, snow blowers, tools (i.e. shovels, etc.), motorized vehicles including gators, golf carts. etc. Ability to engage in medium to heavy physical activity, including occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more. Any other related as assigned by supervisory personnel. Student must qualify for federal or institutional work study. Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
