Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Under the direction of Care Center leadership, manage the operations of assigned practice(s) consistent with the strategic vision of the organization. Provide direct supervision of assigned personnel and practice workflows. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practice standards. Implement and monitor workflows, lead performance improvement plans, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with Professional Development and training staff to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff. Ensure operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care. Qualifications
