Senior Analyst, Leave Management: The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for overseeing US and Canada Leave administration and absence management. This includes benchmarking, compliance, reporting/analytics, and administration of the programs. This position will be responsible for overseeing different types of leaves, ensuring the incorporation of Canadian (provincial) regulatory requirements and FMLA, ADA, ADAAA, and statutory requirements in the U.S. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for vendor management, ensuring smooth operations related to leave policies & disability management. This role will work closely with the Benefits Manager and North American HR Community on benefits-related matters as well. What You'll Do:
