Role:

The Enterprise Business Architecture & Transformation Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams in the execution of process modeling and process simplification to increase operational efficiency, reduce process variation, and gaps in controls or customer experience; increase growth & innovation.
  • Prioritize and plan portfolio of meaningful initiatives across businesses, in collaboration with business and reengineering partners, and corporate support if/when applicable; includes development of project funnel & individual project scoping.
  • Interfaces with different lines of businesses and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Integrate process modeling and business process simplification/reengineering approach and methodology, as an enabler to the successful execution of the organization's business strategy.
  • Instill a continuous improvement mindset within and across all lines of business and corporate.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in a related role with extensive experience in Financial Services business and functions. Experience in leading cross-functional teams through short term initiatives.
  • Process reengineering and process modeling experience preferred, along with a proven track record of successfully leading complex and transformative projects.
  • Broad and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of banking operations including regulatory requirements and reengineering.
  • Preferred experience with an industry process modeling tool such as IBM Blueworks and Mega Hopex
  • Thorough project planning skills

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
