Wage range: $195,000 - $225,000 Salary Sign-on Bonus: $30,000 - $40,000 paid out in 4 installments Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $5,000. Ensure adherence to clinical standards, evidence-based practices, quality patient care and appropriate scopes of practice while fostering a cohesive and efficient team environment. Serve as an active provider responsible for psychiatric services to identified adults and children seen at Catholic Charities who are enrolled for Mental Health Services. Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities: Performs psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to enrolled consumers and provides psychiatric services as referred by Crisis and Out Patient staff.
Provides consultation to facilitate care of persons served.
Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Documents all clinical activities in the electronic health record (EHR) in conjunction with agency guidelines and procedures.
Understands and complies with all relevant regulatory and safety standards and requirements.
